Well, who was kidding themselves when they thought Maureen's marvelous work could be split into a mere two posts?...lots more in this post but firstly some goodies from Val on a Needlework workshop teaching uses of vlisorfix.
This cute little kitty needlcase, lovely as it is or add more frou frou if you desire.
Intricate Christmas Table Runner using Vlisorfix on the stars
Val has also made two Library bags, always a great Christmas Stocking Stuffer...yeah..Christmas talk already!! (erk..)

And just to make you feel like a little something to nibble on with that cuppa you are about to have while you browse through Maureen's goodies, here is what Wendy and Val presented for arvo tea...Yummo.  See what those on holiday miss out on!

Again, a big Thank you to Debby and Letitia for these pics and words on Marlene's Trunk Show.

Marlene's grand daughter said these aren't stars, these are fireworks.  Marlene has paper pieced it.

Another of June's fun nights.  Windmills, Marlene has used 2 colours only and it is very effective.

This magnificent Baltimore quilt took Marlene 13 years in the making and Fiona has recently quilted it for her. Wow, and now it is finished.  This quilt must have taken you hours and hours Marlene.  It's fabulous.

And this is it hanging at our quilt show.

a closer view of some of the beautiful blocks on this quilt.

And as all pet loving quilters do, Maureen has made a quilt for her dog, Missy, a sweet little Golden Pomeranian.  Missy had a little playmate next door, a King Charles Spaniel, so how could Maureen pass up this great fabric.

Maureen, Marlene's daughter organised the girls from her Bli Bli group to embroider this lovely cloth for Marlene for her big -0- something birthday!!  Marlene has some lovely
friends.  Lucky girl.  You can never have too many girlfriends.

Some photos of bags and more bags that Marlene has made over the years

Another Lyn Ballinger Challenge, named Nemo...dunno why.

How cute is this, challenged to pretty up a Lyncraft bag Marleen used some simple embroidery and buttons from her Mum's collection to come up with this creation.

Table Runners, one of which is pieced.  Marlene made some funy noises when she said that word "pieced"..got the impression "piecing" isn't her cup of tea!!

Beautiful cushions, embroidered kitties and a 'Crazy'

Gifts made for Marlene from her quilting friends, the mask was made by Fiona and the gorgeous scissor holder from Gwen.
Julie made Marlene this bag.

Marlene thank you so much for a fabulous evening.

Remember this beauty?? Marlene wanted you to know it was a gift from Fiona.
