2021, off to another year of stitching, friendship and eye candy

Sheila shared some great creations for our first 2021 Show and Tell.  Thanks Sheila, looks like everyone had a lovely day of chat and catchup.

Remember the last meeting of December and those black and white scraps Sheila was cutting down to usable pieces?, well of course there were smaller scraps left over that Sheila planned to chuck, so of course Sue A scooped them up and created this charming bag.  All scraps are useable!!

Sheila is creating a lap quilt for a special friend's 80th Birthday.

Cheryl has been making her very special children’s cushion covers, they come with beautiful embroidered verse on the book pocket.

Wendy has made a quillow, which when folded becomes a reading cushion.

Beautiful large quilt by Marlene. She bought it as a kit in 1991 ?  - always good to turn a U.F.O. into a finished beauty.

Another stunning quilt from the machine of Wendy.

'The Deep Green’ Our second prize raffle quilt made by Pat with blocks from our group members. Quilted by Judy Davidson, of Furball Farm Quilting
RaffleTickets will be available at ‘ Bobbin a long sale ‘ on 13 Feb before display at Quilt show. First prize is ‘Springtime ‘ made by Sandy - Hope to get a pic of this beauty for you all in the near future.

Colourful quilt created by Sue A, the queen of scraps. These scraps came from sides of shields made for ‘ days for girls’ project.
