There was a little parcel waiting for me when I arrived home from Patchwork today,
these lovely F.Q.'s from Catherine at Catherines Place with a little something extra.
The lovely Catherine has given Buderim Patchwork ladies 2 small bottles of Elmers School Glue to try.
Thank you so much Catherine.
Catherine is having a little sale at her online store at http://www.catherinesplace.com.au/ , the lovely F.Q.'s pictured range from $1.50 for the coffee stripe to $3.50 for the 'Fresh Cut' by Heather Bailey.
Postage is $7.50 for 500g and the 9 fatties pictured above only weighed 300g. (there were 2 of the same fabric)
Pop on over to visit and grab yourself a bargain.
Then to have a chance to grab one of these glue goodies, leave a comment on the blog or e-mail me on our newsletter address and next Wednesday I will have Patricia our Treasurer draw a name for one of the Wednesday arvo girls and one for the Thursday night girls.
To see what quilters are using the Elmers school glue for visit the following sites.

Lynn in Nebrasaka has a great tip for attaching quilt border on her blog here http://nebraskaviews.blogspot.com/2009/01/stuck-with-glue.html
There are many other instances of quilters using this glue, just Google 'Elmers School glue quilting' to come up with some great info including links to quite a few youtube videos of Sharon Schamber.
Enjoy!
